PASSIONATE ABOUT BAKING… that’s what I am!! Been baking at home for over 15 years, and enjoy it more and more each passing day. It’s challenging, inspirational, creative and therapeutic. I am inspired by seasons and the colours that nature offers. My blog has photographs and recipes of my adventures in the kitchen, and a little bit about my other interests – food styling, nature, art, photography, props, travel.
My current passion is making as well as developing recipes that use fruit, mainly in desserts, and bakes using alternate grains like oats etc. Food styling and collecting props is the other obsession!
Food styling is something I absolutely adore. I use a Canon EOS 5D Mark III which I am still exploring.
